In March 2009, I reached the summit of Mount Toubkal on my first trip to Africa.
Last year my Grandad died after suffering 2 strokes, so I'm running a long way (7 Half Marathons and the NY Marathon) and climbing notable mountains (Mount Toubkal/Mont Blanc) in 2009 to raise money/awareness for The Stroke Association. Donations are very appreciated. Cheers, Ian.
